Cam ( interviewer): Everybody Hello Welcome to Sina to discuss the new movie Heavenly Misson. I'm sure you all know our famous special guests Ekin Cheng and Carl Wu and the famous directors James Yuen and Fang Ping.

Ekin: Everybody hello! I am Ekin.

James Yuen: Everybody hello! I am director James Yuen.

Cam: A few of you came to Guangzhou to publicize Heavenly Mission. I think to ask James Yuen who is both the playwright and the director. Why did you film this kind of movie?

James Yuen: Actually this is about a personal story, I like to film this kind of movie. Not regard a warning, or perhaps is black and white, I have interest in this movie.

Cam: Why is it names heavenly Mission? Does this have a special meaning?

James Yuen: Actually we discussed this name for a long time before we decided to fix it. We chose it because in the movie there are many relationships between heaven and people.

Cam: We came across a publicity poster which described this movie as "古惑仔重出江湖" Do you approve of such a publicity catchphrase?

James Yuan: Just like possibly there are other areas can publicize shouldn't merely use the gangster angle.

Ekin: I have played a gangster in movies before, but this time Heavenly Mission has additional style, and also is a different take on gangsters. Although our movie content background is gangsters however after the start is not about this, it also explains human life. Actually the director is emphasizes that in the beginning we are this kind of people, but after can change your fate.

Cam: Ekin in this movie you play the part of 叶秋, in the past you have played gangsters, what is different about this one?

Ekin: Completely different! Heavenly Mission is much more complex, listen to the name I think it is not at all similar.

Cam: How do you now look back on the Young and Dangerous series?

Ekin: Since then I have filmed many different movies, for example Stormriders. Also I have filmed many different types of movies. I am an actor, it is unlikely that I will continue to play only one type of part. I hope that I can have much variation.

Cam: How do you feel this role varies from what you have done before?

Ekin: The director's requests are very different. When I filmed before with Jordan the character was very much my own creation. But the directors demands are very great because he wants each role to be distinct. So I am 叶秋，and Alex Fong is the police officer. Every person's style is different. To day we are doing this interview but it is possible you haven't seen this movie. If you had seen it, then it is possible you would have a different kind of feeling.

Cam: Are you looking forward to receiving a prize for this role?

Ekin: I have never thought in this direction. I get my enjoyment from collaborating with the director and other actors. These collaborations give me many things. It is the process that gives you things.

Cam: This movie stars Stephen Fung, Alex Fong, Niki, Chilam etc, etc These actors all give exciting performances. Have you collaborated with many of these actors before?

Ekin: With many of them it is the first time. I have collaborated with Chilam before, but basically with them all it is the first time. I am very happy to work with them. As I said, I have known Chilam a long time, but this time the collaboration is both familiar and strange. We know each other well, but I know about his business and he knows my social circle, so we chat and perform and chat and help one another.

Can: This is not the first time you have collaborated with James Yuen, This time is there any particular feeling?

Ekin: I'm happy. I feel movies today compare reality, at first I thought this movie not real. However on watching it get a true feeling of human life. Although at the start it talks abut gangsters my opinion is that each character faces their life.

Cam: 10 years later you are again playing a gangster.

Ekin: I am not a gangster in this movie.

Cam: Yet with this movie isn't in a similar place?

Ekin: Confront many matters, have happy, have unhappy, have pressure areas. In general the importance is confront life's pressures. Fear is also an outcome. In fact the outcome is not simple.

Cam: Did you want to particularly film this movie or work with particular actors?

Ekin: Very much. Never have collaborated before with these actors.

Cam: Today you are wearing a hat. Is this because of Huo Yuan Jia and your shaved head?

Ekin: It is.

Cam: Do you feel this was a big sacrifice?

Ekin: No, but was a serious life decision. This is the first time I shaved my head. It seems not my image of myself, possibly feel a change, people can feel it is inappropriate for an actor to do this, but actually it is not bad.

Cam: Explain the sacrifice. In joining this drama, how difficult was it to accept this situation, for example you have said the image is too ugly.

Ekin: Have not. Most important is from what point of view the director sees me.

Cam: Are you able to give your complete heart and soul to filming Hua Yuan Jia?

Ekin: Can.

Cam: Young and Dangerous was the one type of hero. Why did you chose to become the Hua Yuan Jia hero?

Ekin: I think it is a very big challenge, for example I went to Thailand to film Ultraman. I am very happy to have this opportunity, because since a child I have loved Ultraman, playing this role to me was a very great opportunity.

Cam: But Huo Yuan Jia is this a breakthrough?

Ekin: Because I film continuously, each role will have its own view, when see everybody will have a different feeling.

Cam: In action roles before you have engaged in special instruction?

Ekin: You can't compare. Because from TV station appear I have section need special instruction. I don't use a substitute, all is myself doing it. In fact also do exercise, so hope not unfamiliar.

Cam: Jordan Chan will also join this drama, what is his role?

Ekin: Chen Zhen

Cam: Which actress will also participate in the drama?

Ekin: That is confidential

Cam: When will this drama finish filming?

Ekin: Probably next year.

Cam: Will you produce a new album, this is the question of many of your fans?

Ekin: I have a duty to produce an album and do concerts. Indeed this is my goal. Once this drama is finished I want to plan this.

Cam: Ekin we have talked a lot about your work, how about your life?

Ekin: I very much please myself. Besides work I enjoy sports, family, with you is the same. My life is simple, please myself and be happy.

Cam: How often do you play sport?

Ekin: Often, badminton!

Cam: The Hong Kong media reported that it was because of badminton that you fell in love with Yoyo Mung?

Ekin: Ah! I hope to go down film play badminton

Cam: Currently you are filming here on the mainland, will this cause your relationship with Yoyo to cool?

Ekin: Not deal with, we will work.

Cam: Because you are an actor do your relationships suffer a great deal of pressure?

Ekin: No, no pressure.

Cam: It is said that in Thailand you took martial arts instruction, you have what feeling?

Ekin: I'm very happy

Cam: At the same time as acting you ever want to be on the other side of the camera?

Ekin: I would like to direct.

James Yuen: Why not ...can.

Cam: Can you promise your fans a concert next year?

Ekin: I want to, but it is not in my control. Hope I am able to produce several good songs, but I also hope to film more movies. I hope everyone can go to the theater to watch Heavenly Mission, and especially support this movie. Of course will have friends want to buy the VCD and watch themselves. However for the movie to become a dream box office, must go to the cinema.

Cam: i think because so many stars in this movie it will be not bad. Thank you all for finding some free time out of your busy schedules to come and talk with us.
