How would you describe yourself and your concerns about exercise?

It can't be separated! People naturally need to do exercise, because correct body function is extremely important, otherwise then it may decline. In fact one should do exercise every day even if have a lot of pressure.

When you do exercise you need to have perseverence and spend time to study the skills.

 

When did you start to like to do sports?

From childhood, then of course it resembled the natural kind of personality. Whatever type of exercise was fun, then did that kind.

I like to observe people. A healthy culture in the work place to me has a very strong community feeling. You can enroll other's strength and at the same time everyone can play quite happily.

 

What attraction has sport and exercise had for you that you have continued?

Sports resemble toys. I haven't run into wanting not to exercise, all pursuits have been able to make me feel happy. For example, recently I like water-skiing, after is a thrilling feeling which directly affects my emotions, being outdoors, seeing the sun. I am able to be completely happy. Another example is that I like to play badminton, although feel that it can be a bother, it helps body pain, but the sweat feeling causes me to forget everything but the game.

Don't suddenly start to exercise. Make sure give yourself sufficient preparation time. Prepare the appropriate equipment properly.

 

How about team sports, do you like to do that kind of exercise?

Right now I still enjoy badminton, especially when I get together with classmates, friends and colleagues and compare skills. Everyone's affection may reveal nothing to lose. I also like to ride my bicycle because then enough freedom, and enough relaxed, thing what to go here, want to go there. You can observe many things. The wind directly touches your face, you have a feeling of speed. I like all water sports especially swimming and diving. When you see the ocean can't help being awed by Mother Nature. When you do deep sea diving and sailing you can definitely appreciate the myriad changes of the ocean environment.

If you are hurt immediately rest and see a doctor. Don't force it, otherwise yo9u can extend the healing time.

 

What would you say the pursuit of sports brings to you?

It eliminates the distance between people, I feel that everyone mostly when face people have want to be sure can defend their line. I have before felt the need to have experience before play with a person so can play happily. However I have changed my view. Everyone comes from different professions but all possess the same goals. If you want to play a sport then together research how to play.

Have you ever played sports crazily and hurt yourself?

I have twisted my foot before, but still didn't put me out. I had enthusiasm and wanted to continue to play. Of course the result was that I injured both feet.

What kind of activities would you most like to try next?

Parachuting, piloting an airplane and helicopter, new rockfaces to climb, there are many things I want to try.

What are your final words on exercise and health?

It is most important to come to understand that you have to assign time and space to exercise. Everyone should set up their own timetable.
