M: How do you feel about returning to BMG?

Ekin: This world is very much a business and also very unreliable. I want to explain destiny, only reporters able to complete it. A whole lot sit down continue to chat, explain the feeling is very good. In BMG I also have more than 10 years of time. I didn't have a plan inside to select. I postponed the issue to concentrate compile plan. Who knew finally again return home, this time feeling is good and it seems in Hong Kong I can develop.

M: Why did you originally consider returning to BMG? Will you no longer try to cooperate with other record companies?

Ekin: At first I pursued 2 to 3 companies I managed to select. However, finally they all fall through. The reasons were very many. Although have been left BMG several years, the company inside people all familiar with me. During the time I had leisure we were able to go out to eat. They proposed that if this year I again wanted to produce an album they believed is a good opportune moment. Add on the fact that I would again be able to perform in concert with Jordan Chan. Because of this I feel it is destiny, add on the friendly feelings and it is advantageous to come back.

M: For three years you have not stepped in these companies. Do you feel it is a big change?

Ekin: Formerly carefully compare. Certainly in recent years the record market has not been economically prosperous. However, consequently there have not been other changes. Maybe because I have work I recognize it.

M: How about your emotional state as you again seek the music circle?

Ekin: I don't have a special feeling. In fact sign with record company so I can manage to produce an album, only because I feel my singing career is still not yet ready to be over. Although in recent years filming movies has been pretty good. However actors too have certainly suffered due to the economy. Because advantageously I had a chance to take a moment and stop work to make a plan. As to pressure, it is really not too bad. I am again collaborating with Chen Guangrong as in my former days in the music circle. He also has written many advertisements and movie scores. This time as begin again also realize must produce a spark.

M: Everyone knows that in recent years the market has not been good. In the past your sales volume was always pretty good. Do you worry how the market will react? How big do you expect sales to be?

Ekin: In fact in recent years it has not only limited Hong Kong, even in Taiwan album sales have fallen. So it causes me not to much worry. First I agree to do my part well, so that this matter I don't have to worry or acknowledge. Of course I also hope the record is ideal, but a record is very difficult to measure, have to compare importance. However should make money because the record company signed me to come back. Obviously I hope I can make money for the company too.. Right?

M: You follow the economy factor caused the market to change. From the outside also what do you feel is not the same as before?

Ekin: There are of course many things not the same. Cause me a lot of emotions and thoughts of 10 years before when just completed an album. I received the demo, the song words are all on a card inside the box. Afterwards I just go record the CD, but already the recording is complete and the problem is more widespread. Provided an email to receive the song words. Very convenient but the feel was a little empty.

M: Haven't you for recording made an alliance to prepare technique?

Ekin: I haven't specially studied singing, moreover intonations are natural. If inflexible want complete change continue listen completely, not resemble my own voice, perhaps music fans cannot enjoy. For technique to persist you have to be a little meticulous, however I follow music I am familiar with. I have the music arrangement of friends studied, because I have already faced a break time between being a singer. M: Formerly you have had many classic works, for example 一生爱你一个", 一个人戀愛, 感激我遇見。 Although these are your early works does it appear you have the confidence to make a big hot song?

Ekin: Of course I want to. Moreover as for Chen Guangrong very confident, especially as last year he supplied many classic works that people identify. I work as a singer's career. M: Again enter the recording studio, does it feel unfamiliar?

Ekin: Most unfamiliar time, last year with Miriam filmed movie and recorded the theme song. Entered the recording studio, felt a very big touch, seeing and hearing inside, I listen to my song sound. Immediately I ask myself whether I should next year again record albums. In fact I have always felt may or maybe not. After step into the recording studio, very many feelings rush in my heart. M: Although will be near 3 years without an album, but many fans still continue to support you, touching?

Ekin: Not produce an album, during that break time of course fans left. Those that remain are my most support. During this break have done some gatherings, they all yearn for me to again produce an album, the discussion even more motivation to go create an album. I want to let them know I won't abandon it. Most moving is their silent support. Even if I wrongly haven't time to acknowledge them, but they manage not to complain. It gives me most joy to appreciate them at this appearance.
