The Impact of Having A Calendar



The impact of knowing what you’re going to do before you do it is huge.  Think back to your college days when you had a class schedule.  Sure you could skip those classes, but how often did you?  If you’re reading our blog chances are good that you didn’t play a ton of hooky.  Planning your day around your daily to dos because you’ll know exactly where you’ll be at what time you’ll be there is a very good way to get things done in an orderly fashion.

I always plan my day with a morning workout.  Heading to the gym to early in the morning to get some exercise in helps get my mind right for the day.  Exercise is a great source of energy to fuel your day.  Hormones are released throughout your brain when you get a workout in.  I always head to the gym in the morning to start my day.  I meet my personal trainer and we get a great workout in.  Most successful people use personal trainers because they know the value of being pushed.  Getting a great fitness coach will definitely increase your productivity throughout the remainder the day.

So stop being a little bitch and get your workout in!
